Sitting Groin stretch - stretch adductor muscle - This is a simple stretch in the groin stretching your groin or adductor muscles - the muscles inside of your thigh. Do not hesitate to ask your doctor or physical therapist if this groin stretching exercise is good for you.

Remember sit down with your neck and back straight. Do not hold your breath as you hold the stretch. Keep breathing while holding the stretch. You can gradually increase your stretch expectation that the procedure becomes easier for you
Note :. Do not complete this part if you have had surgery hip replacement .
Your orthopedic doctor or physical therapist may be able to provide other sections of groin safe for you based on your age and level of specific activity.

Assisi stretch Groin
- Sit on the floor with knees bent and the soles of your feet together.
- Place your elbows on the inside of your knees with each of your hand holding on the inside of each of your ankles.
- gently push your knees toward the floor until you feel a stretch without pain on the inside of your thighs.
- Hold the stretch for about 15 seconds or numbers.
- Release / Relax.
- Repeat this groin stretching four times.
